1Services Provided

etSEO is a subscription-based SaaS platform designed to support Etsy sellers with digital marketing tools and SEO services. Features may include, but are not limited to:

• Customized listing titles, tags, and descriptions
• SEO keyword research tools
• Listing audits and optimization reports
• Templates, guides, and training materials
• Access to platform-based features and analytics

All services are delivered digitally via the etSEO platform or directly through the user account portal. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the service.

2Payment Terms

• Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis (or as otherwise stated at checkout). Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically for the subscription fee each billing period.
• Failed Payments: If payment is declined or a valid payment method is not maintained, your account may be suspended or terminated until payment is received.
• Price Changes: We may update subscription pricing with prior notice. Any changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

3Cancellation & Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
• No prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

4Refund Policy

All subscription sales are final. Due to the nature of our SaaS platform and digital services, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including for unused time in a billing period. Please review the service features carefully before subscribing.

5Intellectual Property

All content and tools provided through etSEO, including but not limited to software features, optimized listings, keyword databases, templates, and reports, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Seller Success Academy LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for your personal or business use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share access without our written consent.

6Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of etSEO or reliance on its tools and materials.

We make no guarantees of specific business results or outcomes. Your success depends on your implementation and external market factors beyond our control.

7Dispute Resolution

You agree to contact us at [email protected] regarding any concerns before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.

If issues cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve disputes exclusively through confidential mediation or binding arbitration in the State of Delaware.

8Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By subscribing to and using etSEO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
